In 2025, we changed things up here at The Collective. To make things more accessible, we removed the cost of membership. People in podcasting are going through a tough patch and we wanted to honour you all, as we do with the IWPAs, by making our offering as open as we can.

In 2026, we're taking a break. The Collective has now been running for 6 years and podcasting is in a time of flux. Watch this space for more and we'll see you out and about at events this year regardless!

Who is it for?

Our collective is for women and people of diverse genders who have a vision for their podcast – whether that’s more listeners, recognition, opportunities or earnings. Membership is open to anyone who is involved in podcasting, whether you’re a host, writer, editor or producer.

Where are the events held?

All events including networking sessions, showcase Q&As and skills tutorials, are currently being delivered online. Our in-person events are mostly hosted in London, UK, which is also the location of the International Women’s Podcast Awards, but we plan to host in-person events in more geographical locations in the future. Members can log in and watch or re-watch recordings of events at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership within 14 days of joining or renewing. Please get in touch to notify us of your wish to cancel.

What does being a founder member mean?

The first members who joined us in 2021 will forever be recognised as our founder members. As a founder member, women have had a unique opportunity to influence how the collective works. Their feedback and requests have shape the resources we deliver, ensuring that you get the podcasting support you need now and in the future.
